How to Submit Your Abstract

A state-of-the-art innovation campus operated by Hong Kong Science and Technology Parks Corporation (HKSTP), purpose-built for international conferences and events.

Submission Process

1. Register for the Congress

Congress registration is required before abstract submission. Register at the early bird rate of USD 320 (before 31 Aug 2026).

2 Prepare Your Abstract

Maximum 300 words. Structured format required: Objectives · Methods · Results · Conclusion. Please follow the template for submission.

3. Choose Your Presentation Format

Oral presentation (8 min + 2 min Q&A) · Poster (displayed throughout congress) · Video (5 min surgical video + 2 min Q&A)

4 Submit Online

Submit via the online portal below. Deadline: 30 June 2026. You will receive a confirmation email upon successful submission.

5. Peer Review & Notification

All abstracts undergo double-blind peer review. Acceptance notifications will be sent by 30 September 2026.

Topic Areas

  • Maximum 250 words (excluding title and authors)

  • Structured: Objectives · Methods · Results · Conclusion

  • Video abstracts: Please describe the case in the results. Guidelines for uploading and video formats will be provided after acceptance. 

  • Posters: Guidelines for poster format and eposters will be provided after acceptance.

  • All submissions in English

The 4th World Congress of Young Neurosurgeons (WCYNS) is going to be held on 30th October to 1st November 2026 in Hong Kong. The theme of the coming WCYNS would be "Innovation in Neurosurgery". Please kindly submit your abstract by completing this form.
