Cancellation Policy

All cancellation requests must be submitted via email to info@mintaneuro.com

Refunds for registration fees will be processed as follows:

• On or before 30th June 2026 - Full refund ( after deduction of handling charges & GST)

• From 1st July 2026 to 31st August 2026 - 50% refund 

• After 31st August 2026 - No refund will be issued

• In the case of a "No Show", no refund or conference certificate will be provided. 

• All refunds will be processed only after the conclusion of the conference. 

• The Organizer reserves the right of final decision
