Endoscopic Skull Base (Transorbital) workshop — USD 65

This hands-on workshop is intended for surgeons and trainees interested in expanding their skills in endoscopic transorbital skull base surgery. Participants will explore key concepts and practical techniques through guided sessions on high-fidelity models. The focus is on improving instrument handling, spatial orientation, and safe dissection strategies. Suitable for those with basic endoscopic experience as well as practising neurosurgeons. Small group sizes ensure personalized instruction. Join us to build confidence and competence in this evolving surgical field.

The course will provide a systematic lecture on microanatomy of the orbital cavity, periorbital structures, key neurovascular relationships, and core anatomical landmarks of common transorbital surgical corridors, laying a theoretical foundation for subsequent operative practice. There will be hands-on operative training on orbital surgical simulation models, including step-by-step transorbital approach dissection practice, combined with high-definition intraoperative video playback, case demonstration and real-time procedural interpretation to standardize operative manipulation. A comprehensive summary of key anatomical points and operative essentials of transorbital approaches will be conducted, centralized answering of trainees’ questions regarding anatomy recognition, operational difficulties and clinical application, and academic interaction.
